Dublin Police have charged an 18-year-old from Keene in the Dec. 12 crash on Route 101 in Dublin that led to four people being hospitalized.

Bayley Clifford was charged with reckless conduct, reckless driving and operating without a license. She will be arraigned at the 8th Circuit Court in Jaffrey in February.

According to the original police report from the crash, Clifford was driving a 2012 Subaru Legacy north on Route 137 that T-boned a Toyota Camry heading west on Route 101. Both vehicles sustained significant front-end damage. There were two people in each car, all of whom were taken to the hospital.

Stop signs are posted where Route 137 meets Route 101, and immediately after the crash, Dublin Police Chief Tim Suokko said one of the drivers didn’t stop for the stop sign. On Friday, Suokko confirmed that he was referring to Clifford.
