Firefighters from New Hampshire and Massachusetts participated in a procession on Route 124 in New Ipswich Sunday honoring Capt. Jim Feldhusen, a member of the New Ipswich and Greenville fire departments who died Aug. 23.

Feldhusen served as “Firefighter Santa” for Greenville’s annual holiday tour around town on a fire engine, as well as the New Ipswich Fire Department’s Pictures with Santa fundraiser. He continued the tradition last year, even while undergoing treatment for esophageal cancer.
