The Mary Varnum Platts-Peterborough Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) presented American flags to kindergartners at Jaffrey Grade School, Temple Elementary School and Rindge Memorial School. This is an annual event to celebrate their learning the Pledge of Allegiance, which they recite each morning.
