Bixby Library in Francestown hosting costume swap

George Holmes Bixby Memorial Library, 53 Main St., is collecting gently used costumes for its annual costume swap. Costumes can be dropped off at the library during regular hours through Oct. 5.
Collected costumes will be available while supplies last Oct. 5 to 31.
