Three different Ravens scored to propel the No. 1 nationally ranked Franklin Pierce men's soccer team past Bloomsburg University 3-0 Saturday, advancing to the final 16 of the NCAA Division II tournament.

Thomas Esperoe opened the scoring at the 22:06 mark with a header inside the box after a cross on a corner kick from Jero Ferri to put the Ravens ahead 1-0. Shortly after, at 25:13, the Ravens struck again, as Joao Valente lofted a cross to Younes Addar Khanoussi, who tucked it in the right corner with his left foot for his team- and conference-leading 19th goal of the season.

Franklin Pierce’s Antonio Lampreia Lima completed the scoring at the 34:11 mark, putting a cross from Alvaro Rey Mira into the left corner of the net. The assist was Mira’s eighth of the season, which leads the team.

Jett Barbic earned the win in net, making three saves.

The Ravens will square off against fourth-seeded Post University Nov.30 at 4 p.m. at Sodexo Field.
