The Grapevine Family & Community Resource Center is hosting a five-week book group inspired by "Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents" by Lynn Lyons.

Sessions begin Jan. 21 via Zoom and focus on breaking the worry cycle to raise courageous, independent children. The group will be facilitated by Carol Lunan, and each participant will receive a free copy of the book.
