Due to the expected stormy weather Saturday, Jimmie Walker’s performance at The Park Theatre in Jaffrey has been postponed to Saturday, July 26, at 7:30 p.m.

Walker, known for his role as JJ on the CBS series “Good Times” and his catchphrase “Dyn-o-mite!,” will bring his standup comedy to the theater 19 Main St., Jaffrey. He rose to fame in the 1970s, earning Golden Globe nominations in 1975 and 1976 for Best Supporting Actor in a Television Series. His career spans five decades, from his breakout role on “Good Times” to his ongoing work in standup comedy.
