The Lyndeborough Democratic Committee and Organize NH will host a meet-and-greet event Thursday, Sept. 26, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Lyndeborough Center Hall, 1131 Center Road.

This event provides an opportunity for residents of Lyndeborough, Mont Vernon and New Boston to meet the candidates for House District 42: Sarah Chadzynski of Lyndeborough, Andrew Stokinger of Mont Vernon and Brian Paquette of New Boston. These candidates are vying to represent Hillsborough County’s District 42 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. They advanced from the Sept. 10 primary and will face Republican incumbents Keith Ammon, Gerald Griffin and Lisa Post in the Nov. 5 general election.

Other invited candidates include state Senate hopeful Matt McLaughlin, who is challenging incumbent Denise Ricciardi; and Melanie Levesque, who aims to unseat Executive Councilor Dave Wheeler.

The event will feature pizza and soft drinks. For information, contact the Lyndeborough Democratic Committee.
