The Rindge Historical Society’s monthly open mic series, Music at the Museum, moves outdoors for the summer on Saturday, May 31 at 1 p.m. on the lawn at 24 School St. in Rindge.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. Desserts, light lunch fare and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.

This month’s featured performers are Glenn & Polly, a duo from Stoddard. Glenn Stan and Polly Pillsbury perform with finger-picked guitar and harmonized vocals, offering a mix of familiar and original songs.

The open mic is hosted by Rindge resident Ray Siekierski, who invites musicians, poets and spoken-word artists of all ages to participate. Performers are limited to two songs or 10 minutes. Those interested can send an email to Siekierski at nooniekirk52@gmail.com.

Music at the Museum continues monthly through October. Future featured acts include Tom Horsky on June 28, Kota on July 26, Not Dead Yet on Aug. 30, Rick Ekstrom on Sept. 27 and Andrew Lewis on Oct. 25.
