The Park Theatre in Jaffrey presents ‘My Fair Lady’

The Park Theatre, 19 Main St., Jaffrey, will host two screenings of the restored “My Fair Lady” on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 2 and 7 p.m.

The 1964 movie, which won eight Oscars, is based on George Bernard Shaw’s “Pygmalion.” It stars Audrey Hepburn as Eliza Doolittle and Rex Harrison as professor Henry Higgins. Directed by George Cukor, the story follows Eliza’s transformation from a Cockney flower girl to a refined lady, with songs like “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?” and “I Could Have Danced All Night.”
