Augusta Henderson Petrone to speak at ‘Reagan’ screening in Jaffrey

The Park Theatre, 19 Main St. in Jaffrey will present the movie “Reagan” from Friday, Sept. 6, to Thursday, Sept. 12.

After the screening Monday, Sept. 9, at 6 p.m., Augusta Henderson Petrone of Dublin will give personal insights into Reagan and take questions from the audience. Petrone is the wife of Joseph Petrone, the ambassador to the United Nations appointed by Reagan in 1987.

“Reagan” is told through the voice of Viktor Petrovich (Jon Voight), a former KGB agent whose life becomes inextricably linked with Ronald Reagan.  Dennis Quaid stars as Reagan.

The film will be shown in the King Screening Room. The Petrone talkback screening will be in the Eppes Auditorium. Tickets are $10/$9 and can be purchased at the theater box office, online at theparktheatre.org or by phone at 603-532-8888.
