The 12th annual Poetry Gathering at at the Hancock Town Library, 25 Main St., will be Saturday, April 20, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Attendees can share originals and favorites, recite, read or simply listen. Lawrrence Ferlinghetti will be featured, and there will be flute by Chaz Bealieu and light refreshments.

The event is hosted by Three or More Poets, consisting of Jeanne Bertlett from Deering, Joan Weddle from Amherst and Melody Zahn Russell from Hancock.
