Wilton Public and Gregg Free Library hosting presentation on tracking animals

The Wilton Public and Gregg Free Library will host “Animal Tracking with Jon Sargent” on Wednesday, Jan. 8, at 6 p.m. at 7 Forest Rd., Wilton.

Sargent, a Wilton native with more than 30 years of tracking experience, will share his knowledge of interpreting animal tracks, trails and signs. He has worked with Susan Morse of Keeping Track and author Mark Elbroch, and completed an apprenticeship with tracker and author Paul Rezendes.

The program is free and open to the public.
