Gunner Currier, Erin O'Shea tops in Peterborough Winter Chiller race

The fourth of five Winter Chiller series races kicked off in Peterborough Saturday with its largest field of 48 runners to date.
Division III all-star Gunner Currier from Enfield dominated the hilly 3.5-mile race, winning by 19 seconds with a time of 21 minutes, 47 seconds. Fellow Division III all-star Erin O'Shea of Mascenic finished first among the women and fourth overall in 25;19.
The final race will be March 9 in New Ipswich at Be Fit. Registration begins at 8 a.m., with racing to follow at 9 a.m. The entry fee is $5.
