Francestown Zoning Board rescinds Torrey Pines residency restriction

After four hearings, the Francestown Zoning Board rescinded a restriction on the Torrey Pines condos preventing renters from becoming Francestown residents, allowing owner TAK Real Estate Holdings to rent the units on a long-term basis.
